I am a BACP registered therapist who has a Post Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University. Previously I worked as a senior manager in special education, specifically working with adolescents and children who have educational statements around emotional and behavioural difficulties. I am an accredited mediator with CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) and have worked as a behavioural consultant with various organisations around improving their dispute resolution processes. As well as having a private practice in Lingfield and East Grinstead I work on a voluntary basis as a psychotherapeutic counsellor for two NHS medical centres in South London.

I have a passion for working alongside and with difference and diversity, specifically with individuals and groups that feel marginalised and disaffected with society. This has led me to develop a particular interest and focus in Anger Management and Conflict, working with individuals around enabling them to raise their awareness levels as to how they make contact with people both in their private and professional life.

My work is informed by Gestalt/Existential principles, for those people wishing to know a little bit more about these therapies please click on the button below to gain a personal brief insight of how I practice.
